Categorised anaesthesiology drugs, each showing its dose per kg and — once you type a patient weight — the calculated dose right beside it, capped at the absolute ceiling where one applies. Doses and monographs are notes prepared from standard anaesthesia textbooks.

What it does
- Weight, age and height at the top — every dose recalculates instantly. Each field has a dropdown of common values, and you can type any value.
- Dose ranges — min–max mg/kg with the calculated min–max beside them, plus the absolute ceiling where one exists (lidocaine 200 mg plain, 500 mg with adrenaline, and so on).
- Body-weight calculator — ideal (Devine), lean (Janmahasatian) and adjusted body weight, with sex selection. Tap a result to dose on it instead of actual weight.
- Age-adjusted MAC for the volatile agents, using the Mapleson formula.
- Age context prompts — paediatric (under 12) and elderly (65+, 75+) reminders under the header.
- GA walk-through — a generic adult general-anaesthesia sequence in eight steps, from premedication to post-op pain, each listing the relevant drugs at the weight you entered. A template, not a protocol.
- Twelve categories by default — induction agents, opioids, neuromuscular blockers, reversal, local anaesthetics, vasopressors and inotropes, anticholinergics, benzodiazepines, antiemetics, analgesia adjuncts, emergency drugs and volatile agents.
- Editable — add, edit, rename and delete drugs and categories; recolour any category header. Reset to the reference defaults whenever you want.
- Search across drug name, route, notes and category.
Reference notes are drawn from standard anaesthesia texts — Miller, Morgan & Mikhail, Stoelting and Yao.

Privacy
The app has no account and no server. Your drug library, edits and the last weight, age and height you typed are saved in your device's own storage and go nowhere else. Exports are created on your device and travel only where you send them with the share sheet.
